OUR STORY

Whim Catering is the longtime dream of sole proprietor, Erica Baerwald. Dreamed up while studying Professional Cooking at Saskatoon's SIAST in the Fall of 2010, the reality of time and family did not allow Whim Catering to be fully realized until late 2015. Now fully operational, Erica seeks to develop menus for each unique event that are tailored to the particular event's desired outcome. Leaning towards the comfort end of the food spectrum, each dish is sure to have one thing is common - flavour. Depth of flavour and soul are strived for in each menu item that is served to guests, satisfaction guarunteed!
